Revlon Balsam conditioner isa deep conditioning treatment for synthetic fibre wigs.


Direstions: After washing with Revlon shampoo, add a small amout of balsam to a basin of cool water and soak wog for about five minutes. Do not rinse. Comb through and blot dry.
